Diagnostic assessments for children (6 mos. & up) and adults, including middle ear assessment and acoustic reflex testing. For children, testing may include visual reinforcement audiometry (VRA), conditioned play audiometry (CPA) or traditional audiometry.

Professional removal of wax done both manually and via irrigation. We use video otoscopy to provide a clear image of the ear canal before and after removal.
Routine in-office hearing aid checks (cleaning & listening check) are done and programming when necessary Devices may be repaired in-house or sent off to the manufacturer as needed. Electroacoustic analysis is completed when we receive new hearing aids or recently repaired hearing aids from the manufacturer to ensure that they are meeting the appropriate specifications.
